在金属非金属矿山开采及露天场平工程中经常遇到高边坡爆破开挖问题,以场平工程为例介绍了复杂环境下高边坡高效爆破开挖技术的应用实践。首先分析高边坡爆破面临的危险因素及技术难题,从选择合理爆破参数、爆破网路,合适的安全警戒距离,必要的防护措施角度对面临的危险因素进行了针对性的解决,使该边坡开挖爆破取得了良好的爆破效果。同时形成一套较为完善的复杂环境下高边坡爆破施工方法,可为类似有色金属矿山高边坡的爆破开挖提供经验。

The problem of blasting excavation of high slope is often encountered in the mining of metal and nonmetal mines and open field projects.Firstly,the risk factors and technical difficulties of high slope blasting are analyzed,and the risk factors are solved by selecting reasonable blasting parameters,blasting network,appropriate security warning distance and necessary protective measures,so that the slope excavation blasting has achieved good blasting effect.At the same time,a set of relatively perfect blasting construction method of high slope in complex environment is formed,which can provide experience for blasting excavation of high slope of similar nonferrous metal mine.
