Welding quality is an important link in the manufacturing of pressure vessel,and also the core element of product quality.Defects during welding may affect the safety of pressure vessel,X-ray detection of welding defects in pressure vessels provides an objective basis for identifying and eliminating defects.This article summarizes several common welding defects in pressure vessel manufacturing by means of radiograph,analyzes the possible causes of defects and puts forward the corresponding resolutions and preventive measures.
