基于Web of Science的2000-2019年全球麻疹研究热点和演化分析

Hotspots of global research and evolution of measles:A Web of Science-based analysis from 2000 to 2019

目的分析2000-2019年全球麻疹研究论文发表情况,揭示研究热点及其演化,为理清麻疹研究方向和制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法选择Web of Science核心合集中2000-2019年麻疹研究文献,采用Cite Space绘制机构合作网络图谱、作者合作网络图谱、聚类分析图谱、关键词共现图、频率突增关键词表等进行可视化分析。结果2000-2019年关于麻疹研究的文献共9863篇;年度发文量整体呈波动上升趋势。在麻疹研究领域形成了多个合作团队,权威机构主要分布在美国,包括美国疾病预防控制中心发文596篇(6.04%)、美国梅奥医学中心发文297篇(3.01%)等;在高产作者中,Aaby P发文127篇,Poland GA发文121篇,高发文作者主要集中在麻疹疫情暴发、接种两剂麻疹疫苗、麻疹疫苗接种覆盖率等方面研究。LANCET、NATURE等是高被引麻疹研究文献权威期刊,高被引文献被引用频次仍在不断攀升。高频次关键词measles、vaccination、immunization、children、outbreak等是近10年麻疹研究领域研究的主题热点,近年频率突变关键词为疫苗接种覆盖率、公共卫生等,是目前和未来麻疹研究的热点和重点。结论麻疹研究仍是全球卫生研究热点之一,研究者应追踪核心机构、作者的科研产出,把握最新研究成果;机构间应继续加强合作,促进学术交流,共同推动麻疹学科新进展。

Objective To analyze the publication of global research on measles from 2000to 2019and to indicate hotspots of research and evolution in order to clarify the direction of measles research and to formulate a measles control strategy.Methods Articles were acquired from the Web of Science Core Collection from 2010to 2019,and an institutional cooperation network map,author cooperation network map,cluster analysis map,keyword co-occurrence map,and a table of keywords with a sharp increase in frequency were created for visualization and analysis.Results A total of 9,863articles were retrieved in Web of Science from 2000to 2019,and the overall number of publications tended to increase annually.There were multiple collaborative teams in the field of measles research,and authoritative institutions were located in the US,including the US CDC(596articles,6.04%)and Mayo Clinic(297articles,3.01%).Peter Aa-by(127articles)and Gregory Poland(121articles)were the most two productive authors,and those authors focused on measles outbreaks,bivalent measles vaccines,and the coverage of measles vaccination.The most highly cited articles were published in Lancet and Nature,and citations continued to increase.A single study from Lozano et al.was cited 5949times,ranking it number one,followed by three studies published by Liu et al.in 2012,2015,and 2016.Frequent keywords,including measles,vaccination,immunization,children,and outbreak,were hot topics in the field of measles research during the period from 2000through 2019.Keywords that have recently changed in frequency,including coverage of measles vaccination and public health,are and will be hot topics in measles research.Conclusion Measles is a priority of global health research.Researchers should track down the products of core institutions and authors and ascertain the latest results.Institutional collaboration should be enhanced to promote academic exchanges and to facilitate advances in measles research.
