Construction of Screening System for Close Contact with Inpatients of COVID-19

新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)作为国家甲类防控的烈性呼吸道传染病,对于感染患者密切接触者的快速排查,可以有效预防新冠肺炎在人际间的传播,对疫情的防控起到积极作用。目前HIS床位管理子系统中只记录床位初始信息及变动信息,不会每天对患者所在的床位数据进行记录,因此住院患者中一旦出现新冠肺炎感染病例,难以通过现有信息系统快速检索出新冠肺炎患者住院期间同病室密切接触者的信息。通过论述首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院新冠肺炎排查系统的构建,阐述了系统的运算逻辑,以供参考。

Pneumonia with the novel coronavirus infection(COVID-19)is a national Class A severe respiratory infection.The rapid screening of close contacts with infected patients can effectively prevent human-to-human transmission of COVID-19 and play a positive role in epidemic prevention and control.Currently,the hospital information management system of each HIS manufacturer only reserve the bed's initial information in the bed management system.If the bed stays the same,the patient's bed data will not be recorded every day.Therefore,if there is a new case of COVID-19 infection among hospitalized patients,it is impossible to quickly retrieve information on close contacts with patients of COVID-19 during hospitalization.This paper expounds the arithmetic logic of the system by discussing the construction of new coronavirus screening system in our hospital for reference.
