Optimization and Practice of Referral and Admission Procedures for the Information Platform of Huoshenshan Hospital

目的:研究面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情时,如何利用信息化平台,在符合感控标准前提下,实现对批量患者的快速分诊入院,并探索此特殊情况下的三级转诊模式。方法:打通各定点医院、方舱等医疗机构与卫健委之间的数据流,为管理部门提供数据支持。优化入院信息登记流程,合理利用无线网络及各类移动终端设备辅助完成入科操作。结果:实现了批量患者同时进行定向转诊、入院、入科信息登记快速准确。结论:优化后的流程,在完成收治任务的同时,最大限度地避免了人群聚集,降低了交叉感染风险,提高了转诊入院的效率。

Objective:Face to the COVID-19 epidemic situation,investigate how to rapid and accurate patients referral and hospitalization use information platform,in line with the standards of infection control,and explore this special case of the three-level referral mode.Methods:Create data flow between medical institutions and Health Commission,to provide data support for management departments.Optimize admission information registration process.Reasonably use wireless network and all kinds of mobile terminal equipment to assist the entry operation.Results:A lot of patients were transferred at the same time,and the information of admission was registered quickly and accurately.Conclusion:The optimized process,while completing the treatment task,avoids the crowd gathering to the greatest extent,reduces the risk of cross infection,and improves the efficiency of referral admission.
