Design and Implementation of the Drug Delivery Process of Leishenshan Hospital During the Outbreak of COVID-19

目的:为减少疫情下类似"小汤山医院"模式多科室联动的药品发药流程中人员感染,提供药品发药流程设计参考。方法:分析雷神山医院药品管理需求,设计适合雷神山医院药品发药流程。结果:根据设计的药品发药流程,实现不同类别药品的发药流程。结论:结合雷神山医院特点及药品管理需求实现的发药流程,保障患者药品用药供应及时性,减少了缺货率,减少了药房窗口,从而减少了人员聚集避免感染。

Objective:In order to reduce the personnel infection in the drug delivery process similar to the"Xiaotangshan Hospital"model under the epidemic situation,the design reference of drug delivery process was provided.Methods:Analyze the drug management requirements of Leishenshan Hospital,and design the drug delivery process suitable for Leishenshan Hospital.Results:According to the designed drug delivery process,the delivery process of different types of drugs can be realized.Conclusion:Combined with the characteristics of Leishenshan Hospital and the drug delivery process to meet the needs of drug management,the timeliness of drug supply for patients is guaranteed,the shortage rate is reduced,the pharmacy window is reduced,and the personnel aggregation is reduced to avoid infection.
