基于信息化支撑的医院新冠肺炎疫情应急物资保障体系建设实践

The Construction Practice of the Emergency Supplies Support System of COVID-19 of Hospital Based on Information Support

医院作为应急救援的前沿单位和关键环节,防治过程中,保障医院所需各类应急物资的安全、及时供应将对防治的最后成效造成巨大影响。针对COVID-19所需应急物资的供应保障工作开展研究,探讨了我国传统医院应急物资管理存在的问题,结合本次COVID-19疫情所需物资特点,利用信息化手段,完善了华西医院在疫情下应急物资采购、存储、调拨、配送、使用后监管的标准化工作机制,形成的工作机制可为今后突发公共卫生事件下的应急物资保障工作提供参考和借鉴。

Hospital as the front unit and key link of emergency rescue,ensuring the safety and timely supply of all kinds of emergency materials required by the hospital will have a huge impact on the final effect during the process of prevention and control.This paper studies the supply and guarantee of emergency supplies with COVID-19,discusses the problems in the management of emergency materials in traditional hospitals in China,combined with the characteristics of materials needed under the COVID-19,by means of information technology,the standardized working mechanism of emergency materials procurement,storage,allocation,distribution and post use supervision in our hospital has been improved.The working mechanism can provide reference for the emergency material support work under the public health emergency in the future.
