基于人工智能的新冠肺炎在线咨询平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Online Consulting Platform of COVID-19 Based on Artificial Intelligence

目的:建立基于人工智能的新冠肺炎在线咨询平台,提升疫情防控服务能力。方法:基于医院微信公众号,构建"健康宣教-AI自诊-疑似筛查-定点就医-治疗-康复随访-疫情监控"的线上线下协同诊疗闭环体系。结果:设计了基于人工智能的新冠肺炎在线咨询流程和平台架构,平台提供AI自诊、专家在线咨询、多方式健康教育、居家隔离观察指导、康复随访及疫情监控服务。结论:新冠肺炎在线咨询平台有助于提高疫情防控水平,但应加大宣传力度、拓宽医疗服务内涵,及时更新知识库,建立在线咨询闭环流程,并加强医院信息安全建设,防止隐私泄露。

Objective:A COVID-19 online consultation platform based on artificial intelligence was established to improve epidemic prevention and control service capabilities.Methods:Based on the hospital WeChat,a closed-loop system of online and offline collaborative medical severs was built,which was health education,AI self-diagnosis,suspected screening,designated hospital treatment,treatment,rehabilitation follow-up and epidemic monitoring.Results:A COVID-19 online consultation process and platform architecture based on artificial intelligence was designed,and provided services which were AI self-diagnosis,expert online consultation,multi-mode health education,home isolation observation and guidance,rehabilitation follow-up and epidemic monitoring.Conclusion:Though the platform helped to improve the level of epidemic prevention and control,the publicity and connotation of medical services should be strengthened,the knowledge base should be updated timely and closed-loop online consultation process was established.To strengthen hospital information security and prevent patient privacy.
