信息化支撑下的儿童医院抗击新冠肺炎疫情应对措施

Response Measures of Children's Hospital for COVID-19 with the Support of Informatization

目的:自新型冠状病毒肺炎爆发以来,医院患者治疗和防疫物资供应等都面临了很大压力。方法:信息中心从如何利用信息化技术支撑,降低院内交叉感染的发生、有效调配防疫物资、减轻医护人员的工作压力等方面进行了思考。结果:应用信息化辅助分诊、电子陪护证、MDT等信息技术来减少感控风险,改造二级库程序以及时有效管理防疫物资,利用CDSS、AI随访等信息技术来减轻医护人员工作压力。结论:医院有序的感控管理、清晰的物资保障、大幅降低的医护随访介入证明信息化的支撑是行之有效的。

Objective:Since the outbreak of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),hospital have faced great pressure in terms of patient treatment and supply of epidemic prevention materials.Methods:How to use information technology to support the reduction of cross-infection in the hospital,effectively allocate epidemic prevention materials,reduce the medical staff’s work pressure and other aspects have been considered by Information Center.Results:Information technologies such as assisted triage,electronic escort certificate,MDT(Multiple Disciplinary Team)were used to reduce the risk of sensory control.The warehouse management system was reformed to effectively manage epidemic prevention materials in a timely and effectively manner.Using the information technologies such as CDSS(Clinical Decision Support System)and AI(Artificial Intelligence)follow-up to reduce the work pressure on medical workers.Conclusion:Orderly infection control management,specific materials guarantee,and significantly reduced medical care follow-up intervention has proved that the support of informatization is effective.
