摘要
信息2.0时代的到来,医学院校教师面临全新的机遇与挑战。教师不再单纯的传授知识,而是转化为培养学生的动态能力。在培养过程中完善学生的创新能力和信息素养。结合高校目前最缺失"温度"问题,提出了信息2.0时代高校教师应该具备的职业素养:崇高的职业情怀;勇于攀登的研究精神;敢于应用实践研究成果的探索精神;完善培养高雅的文化素养。
