摘要
食品生产许可"放管服"改革是市场监管部门落实国务院全面深化改革要求的一项重要内容。本文借鉴香港特区食品工厂牌照发放模式,提出深化食品生产许可改革的建议。
The reform of food production license is an important content for the market supervision department to implement the requirements of the State Council to comprehensively deepen the reform.Based on the model of food factory license issuing in Hong Kong SAR,this paper puts forward some suggestions on deepening the reform of food production license.
