摘要
微生物检测是食品安全检测的重要内容,直接关系消费者的身体健康。本文在阐述食品微生物检测特征的基础上,就具体的检测内容展开分析,并阐述了食品微生物检测技术,希望能进一步提升食品微生物检测效率和质量,继而实现食品安全。
Microbial detection is an important content of food safety detection,which is directly related to the health of consumers.On the basis of expounding the characteristics of food microorganism detection,this paper analyzes the specific detection contents,and points out the technical forms of food microorganism detection,hoping to further improve the detection efficiency and quality of food microorganism,then realize the effective guarantee of food safety.
