In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards of Chinese residents,people are becoming more and more strict about the quality of food.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the importance of food testing,to further analyze the factors that affect the accuracy of food testing,to improve the accuracy of physical and chemical testing of food from the aspects of increasing the training of relevant personnel,using scientific testing methods,and so on,to ensure food safety and to create a good living atmosphere.
