Under the background of the continuous improvement of social economy and people’s living standards in China,food safety issues are increasingly concerned by the public and become a focus topic.As an important part of food safety assurance,food inspection plays a key role.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the important value of food inspection in food safety assurance,on this basis,discusses the specific strategies to effectively improve the level of food inspection,in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of food inspection.
