摘要 随着各种体制改革和制度的完善,我国对食品安全的要求越来越高,食品安全的监管力度逐年加强,处罚力度也逐渐加强,这一系措施让食品生产企业增强了食品安全意识。在各级食品安全监督抽检中,抽样工作作为监督抽检的第一道程序,重要性不言而喻,样品的代表性会直接影响检验结论,但在抽样工作中也存在着一些难点和风险。 With the improvement of the system reform and system of our country,the food safety requirements also more and more strict supervision of food safety has been strengthened,the punishment has also been strengthened,a series of measures to strengthen the food and food production enterprises safety awareness.In the sampling of food safety supervision at all levels in the first procedure of sampling as supervision and sampling,is of high importance,representative samples directly affect the test results,the sampling work also has some difficulty and risk,but also in the theory of sampling sampling in the actual have a problem.
