Research Progress on the Detection Technology of Genetically Modified Plant Food

转基因技术给人类带来巨大利益的同时也带来了不确定因素。目前,中国有大量企业正在将转基因技术应用于食品生产,这促进了转基因食品多样性的持续增长,产量和销量的增加,也带动了国家的经济建设。随着技术的发展,人们越来越关注转基因食品的安全性。但到目前为止,还没有相对权威的证据能够证明其有没有危害。本文分析了常用的转基因植物食品检测技术。

Transgenic technology has brought huge benefits to humans,but also brought uncertainties in food.At present,a large number of Chinese companies are applying GM technology to food production,which has promoted the continued growth of GM food diversity,increased production and sales,and also driven the country’s economic construction.With the development of technology,people pay more and more attention to the safety of genetically modified food.But so far,there is no relatively authoritative evidence to prove whether it is harmful.Therefore,this article will analyze the main points of some commonly used GM plant food detection techniques.
