大数据视角下食品安全抽检数据分析

摘要 目的:研究2019年某区食品安全监督抽检产品的工作情况,分析其中存在的主要问题。方法:对1 278批次产品进行微生物、重金属元素、农残、兽残与常规等项目的检测,并对检验结果进行数据评价。结果:1 278批次样品中,不合格批次27批次,总体不合格率为2.1%,重金属镉(Cd)、呋喃西林代谢物(SEM)与恩诺沙星等项目超标。结论:重金属残留与兽药残留问题一直比较突出,同时使用食品添加剂的问题也依旧存在,应当引起重视。 Objective:To study the situation of sampling inspection of food safety supervision products in a district in 2019 and analyze the main problems.Methods:1278 batches of products were tested by microorganism,heavy metal elements,agricultural residues,animal residues,and conventional methods,and the test results were evaluated.Results:Among 1278 batches,27 batches were unqualified,the overall unqualified rate was 2.1%,and the heavy metal cadmium(Cd),furacillin metabolite(SEM)and enosha star exceeded the standard.Conclusion:The problem of heavy metal residues and veterinary drug residues has always been prominent,and the problem of using food additives still exists,which should be paid attention to.
