2016-2018年晋城市食品生产企业抽检结果分析

摘要 2016-2018年晋城市辖区食品生产领域安全风险较高的食品类别依次是桶装水、肉制品、炒货食品及坚果制品、饼干、糕点和蜂产品。桶装饮用水生产监管关键环节是源水验收、环境卫生控制,回收桶及盖的清洗消毒、出厂检验;肉制品生产监管的关键环节是配料及搅拌、卫生控制、企业标准制定、出厂检验;炒货食品及坚果制品生产监管重点是原料采购与验收;饼干生产监管重点是出厂检验、市场抽检;糕点生产监管重点是卫生控制、出厂检验;蜂蜜生产监管关键环节是原料蜜的进货验收。 From 2016 to 2018,the classification containing highest food safety risk in field of food production in JinCheng City were bottled water,meat products,nut-fried products,biscuitsg,cakes and pastries,honey.The key pionts in surpervision of bottled drinking water are source water acceptance,sanitation control,the cleaning of recycled buckets and covers,the laboratory inspection when leaving the factory;the key points in surpervision of manufacturing of meat products are mixture-ratio control and stir,sanitation control,company standard,self-inspection;the key point in surpervision of nutfried production is nut-fried material acceptance;the oversight of biscuits making should focus on the laboratory inspection when leaving the factory and sampling inspection in circulation;the regulatory in cakes and pastries production should focus on sanitation control and examination when leaving the factory;the key point in bee honey production is raw honey.
