基于高职学生就业创业一体化的课程教学改革研究——以酒吧服务与管理为例

Practice and Research on the Teaching Reform of Bar Service and Management Course Based on the Integration of Employment and Entrepreneurship of Higher Vocational College Students

大学生就业创业一体化是专业教育与创业教育的融合,是就业与创业双通道的开拓,是创业理论与教学实践相互的渗透,是单一的专业能力培养到综合适应能力培养的过程,是高职教育新需求与旧供给矛盾调和的必然结果。针对目前酒吧相关课程的开设现状以及酒吧课程性质与就业创业适配度高的特征,从课程理念更新、课程群优化、课程内外教学互补和课程教学方法创新四个方面进行基于高职大学生就业创业一体化的酒吧服务与管理课程教学改革。

The integration of college students’employment and entrepreneurship is the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education.It is the development of double channels of employment and entrepreneurship.It is the interpenetration of entrepreneurship theory and teaching practice.It is a process from the cultivation of a single professional ability to the cultivation of a comprehensive adaptive ability.It is the inevitable result of reconciling the contradiction between the new demand and the old supply of higher vocational education.The paper analyses the necessity of the curriculum reform from two aspects starting from the research status,formation background and goal connotation of the integration of employment and entrepreneurship among college students:the current situation of the course"Bar Service and Management"and the nature of the course and the high adaptability of employment and entrepreneurship.We propose the construction of bar course group employment and entrepreneurship integration training model.The teaching reform of"Bar Service and Management"based on the integration of employment and Entrepreneurship of higher vocational college students is carried out from four aspects:renewal of curriculum concept,optimization of curriculum group,complementarities of teaching inside and outside the curriculum and innovation of teaching methods.
