摘要
针对绩效综合评价中评价指标划分不清晰、客观数据利用不充分和权重分配不合理等问题,基于相关成果的指标和数据,运用的信效度分析、熵权-主成分分析和灰关联分析等多准则方法构建绩效评价模型,并以浙江省高职院校为对象验证了模型有效性。研究发现:(1)基于模型获得浙江省高职院校的办学绩效,针办学绩效进行了不同形态的分析,发现公立院校和私立院校的办学绩效有显著差异,而在杭高校和非在杭高校的办学绩效的差异不明显;(2)基于模型不同阶段获得的高校绩效的排名分析,发现最终排名更吻合实际情况,说明综合模型需要审慎选择合适确定权重的方法,且多种方法的合成使用可提升评价结果的客观性和合理性,在研究中得以检定证实。
Aiming at the problems of unclear division of evaluation indexes,inadequate use of objective data and unreasonable distribution of weight in comprehensive performance evaluation,this study extracts relevant indicators and data from the survey results,and constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation model based on the combination of reliability and validity analysis,entropy weight-principal component analysis and gray relational analysis.The validity of the model is verified by taking higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province as an example.The study finds that:(1)the performance of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province is obtained and ranked through the model,and through analysis of performance in different forms of higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province,performance of public and private institutions has significant differences,while performance of higher vocational colleges in Hangzhou and non-Hangzhou has no significant differences;(2)based on the ranking analysis of university performance obtained in different stages of the model,the final ranking is more consistent with the actual situation,which shows that the comprehensive model needs to carefully select the appropriate method to determine the weight,and the combination of multiple methods can improve the objectivity and rationality of the evaluation results,which is verified in this study.
