基金资助论文的开放存取探析——以SSCI收录图书情报领域论文为例

The Research on Open Access of Funded Papers——Taking an Example of Papers in the Field of Library and Information Science Collected by SSCI

为了研究科学基金资助对开放存取的发展和论文学术影响力的作用,以2010-2018年SSCI收录的图书情报学领域论文为研究对象,对该领域的开放存取状况、基金资助情况和科学基金对开放存取论文的学术影响力进行研究,结果显示:图书情报领域学术论文的开放存取率和基金资助率均低于社会科学领域,科学基金的资助可以有效提高开放存取论文的深层次学术影响力,降低零使用率和零被引率。

In order to study the effect of science funding on the development of open access and the academic influence of papers,the article takes papers in the field of library and information science collected by Social Science Citation Index in 2010-2018 as the research object.Research on the open access status,fund support and the academic influence of science found on open access papers.The results indicate that:the open access rate and funding rate of academic papers in the field of library and information science are lower than that in the field of social science.The funding of science fund can effective improve the deep academic influence of open access papers,reduce the zero utilization rate and zero citation rate.
