摘要
结合教师执教能力现状,构建了“一主多元”执教能力提升模型,即通过园级研训平台,发挥课程组、学科组、年级组优势特点成立了教学智囊团、教学个性展、教学联盟社,进而通过重组教学素材、回放教学实录、实施教学编辑、提炼教学语言、即时教学研讨、花样教学反思等多元通道方式有效提升了教师执教能力中的设计与规划能力、组织与表达能力、评价与反思能力。
Combined with the present situation of teachers’teaching ability,this paper constructs a“one principal and multiple”teaching ability promotion model,that is,through the kindergarten-level research and training platform,teaching think tank,teaching alliance society and teaching personality exhibition are set up by giving full play to the advantages of curriculum group,subject group and grade group,and then through the reorganization of teaching materials,playing back of teaching records,teaching editing implementation,refining teaching language,real-time teaching discussion,pattern teaching reflection and other multi-channel ways,teachers’teaching ability in design and planning,organization and expression are effectively improved.
