摘要
用DIL805L相变淬火膨胀仪测定了Ni-Cu-Nb复合60Si2Cr弹簧钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线,结合金相-硬度法对其组织转变和硬度进行了分析.结果表明,当冷却速度小于2.00℃/s时,得到铁素体+珠光体混合组织;当冷却速度在3.50~20.00℃/s时,得到马氏体+珠光体混合组织;冷却速度大于20.00℃/s时,只有马氏体组织,冷却过程中不产生贝氏体组织.随着冷却速度加大,铁素体消失,珠光体含量增加,最后才出现马氏体组织,且随着冷却速度的增加,组织逐渐细化,硬度逐渐提高.
The continuous cooling curving of Austenite in Ni-Cu-Nb 60si2Cr spring steel is measured by DIL805Ldilatometer,and its microstructure hardness analyzed by metallographic hardness method.When the cooling rate is less than 2.00℃/s,ferrite and pearlite can be obtained;while the cooling rate is 3.50~20.00℃/s,martensite and pearlite can be obtained;and when the cooling rate is greater than 20.00℃/s,only martensite obtained without bainite.The increase of cooling rate helps with increase or appearance of pearlite and martensite,but disappearance of ferrite.Likewise,cooling rate increases the refinery and hardness of the structures.
