摘要
高校体育课教学存在着教与学的质量管理问题.PDCA循环在体育教学中的应用过程,即Plan(计划)-课前准备阶段,Do(执行)-实际教学阶段,Check(检查)-课后反思阶段,Action(处理)-总结提高阶段.利用PDCA循环理论的循序渐进性、管理因素的综合性、管理反馈的及时性、管理措施的建设性等特点,优化课程结构,提高教学管理效率,提高教师教学水平,激发学生学习兴趣,促进体育教学改革.
With regard to the quality of college physical education,PDCA teaching method is proposed of planning for pre-class preparation stage,doing for actual teaching stage,checking for after-class inspection and reflection,and action for summary improvement for repeated cycles.It is found that the curriculum is optimized through step-by-step implementation,comprehensive management,timeliness of feedback and constructive management measures,while the teaching management and teaching level is improved,and students develop their enthusiasms.
