以5E教学模式为基础的远程护理随访服务在妇科肿瘤患者术后延续护理中的应用 被引量:21

Application of telenursing follow-up service based on 5E teaching model in postoperative continuing nursing for patients with gynecological neoplasms

摘要 目的:制订远程护理与5E教学模式相结合的护理随访方案并应用于妇科肿瘤术后患者中,探讨该方案对患者疾病认知、自我效能、依从性、生存质量和护理满意度的影响。方法:选择2017年1月—2019年1月在浙江省绍兴市柯桥区中医医院实施妇科肿瘤手术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施以5E教学模式为基础的远程护理随访服务,比较两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、自我效能、肿瘤患者依从性、生存质量、满意度评分。结果:实施以5E教学模式为基础的远程护理随访服务后,干预组患者的健康知识、治疗依从性、满意度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除经济困难外,干预组患者的生存质量各维度得分均较对照组改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以5E教学模式为基础的远程护理随访服务可提高妇科肿瘤术后患者的疾病认知、自我效能和依从性,改善其生存质量,提升护理满意度。 Objective To formulate a nursing follow-up program combining telenursing and 5E teaching model and apply it to patients with gynecological neoplasms after surgery,so as to explore the effect of this program on disease cognition,self-efficacy,compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.Methods Patients with gynecological neoplasms who underwent surgery in Shaoxing City Keqiao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the interventional group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing while the interventional group was given telenursing follow-up service based on 5E teaching model on this basis.Scores of mastery of health knowledge,self-efficacy,compliance,quality of life and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of telenursing follow-up service based on 5E teaching model,scores of mastery of health knowledge,treatment compliance and satisfaction degree of the interventional group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for financial difficulties,quality of life in the interventional group was improved in all dimensions compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The telenursing follow-up service based on 5E teaching model can significantly improve disease cognition,self-efficacy and compliance,improve life quality,improve the quality of life and enhance nursing satisfaction.
