CBL教学法在八年制学生生殖医学见习中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探索研究八年制临床医学在生殖医学的见习教学方法。方法选取在本院生殖中心进行见习的2013和2014级临床医学专业八年制学生共121人,其中2013级66人,采用传统教学法,为对照组(LBL组);2014级55人,采用CBL教学法,为实验组。通过调查问卷及访谈评价教学效果。结果问卷调查显示CBL组在激发学习兴趣(96.36%vs. 80.30%,P <0.05)、希望进行实习(94.55%vs. 72.73%,P <0.05)及培养实践能力(87.27%vs. 53.03%,P <0.05)方面显著高于LBL组;访谈结果表明LBL组建议在见习中增加互动(19.70%vs. 0,P <0.05)、跟门诊(31.82%vs. 9.09%,P <0.05)和增加病例分析(36.36%vs. 3.64%,P <0.05)的学生多于CBL组,CBL组建议手术观摩(38.18%vs. 15.15%,P <0.05)和动手操作(18.18%vs. 9.09%,P> 0.05)的学生多于LBL组。结论与传统教学法相比CBL更能锻炼学生自学能力,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,加深和拓宽学生对生殖医学及相关学科的认识,是更适合大部分八年制学生的见习带教方法。 Objective To explore and study the probation teaching method of eight-year clinical medicine in reproductive medicine.Methods 1218-year clinical medical students of grade 2013 and 2014,including 66 in grade 2013 and 55 in grade 2014,were selected as probationers in the reproductive center of our hospital.Class 2013 students used traditional teaching method,as the control group(LBL group);Class 2014 students used CBL teaching method,as the experimental group.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaires and interviews.Results Questionnaire survey showed that CBL group was significantly higher than LBL group in stimulating learning interest(96.36%vs.80.30%,P<0.05),expecting to practice(94.55%vs.72.73%,P<0.05)and cultivating practical ability(87.27%vs.53.03%,P<0.05);interview results showed that students in LBL group suggested increasing interaction during probation(19.70%vs.0,P<0.05),follow-up clinic(31.82%vs.9.09%,P<0.05)and increased case analysis(36.36%vs.3.64%,P<0.05)were morer than those in CBL group.The students in CBL group suggesting operation observation(38.18%vs.15.15%,P<0.05)and practice(18.18%vs.9.09%,P>0.05)were more than those in LBL group.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching,CBL can exercise students'self-study ability,stimulate students'interest in learning,cultivate students'ability using theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems,deepen and broaden students'understanding of reproductive medicine and related subjects.So CBL is an suitable method in reproduction medicine probation for most eight-year program medical students.
