摘要 目的探究与分析问题式学习联合问题导向临床医学教学模式的应用效果。方法将本校于2017年6月-2019年6月进行学习的90名医学生作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45名,对照组给予常规教学模式,观察组给予问题式学习联合问题导向教学模式,对比两组医学生出科之后成绩以及满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比病历书写成绩、理论成绩及操作成绩评分较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比医学生对教学模式的满意度较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题式学习联合问题导向临床医学教学模式应用于医学生的教学工作中可取得更好的出科成绩,并有利于被临床医学生满意及认可。 Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of problem-based learning joint problem-oriented clinical medical teaching mode.Methods 90 medical students who studied from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 in each group.The control group was given the regular teaching mode.The observation group gave a problem-based learning joint problem-oriented teaching model,comparing the scores and satisfaction of the two groups of medical students.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of the medical records,theoretical scores and operational scores of the observation group were higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher satisfaction with the teaching model,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based learning joint problem-oriented clinical medical teaching model can be used in the teaching of medical students to achieve better academic results,and is conducive to the satisfaction and recognition of clinical medical students.
