摘要
目的评价师资培训讲座对住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培"的临床带教老师教学能力的提升作用,为以后的师资培训项目提出改进意见。方法对来自两家国家住院医师培训基地(四川华西某医院和湖北武汉某医院)的住培临床带教老师进行师资培训,参与老师分别在培训前及培训后通过问卷形式进行自我教学能力评估。结果两家医院的住培老师在培训前的临床教学能力差异有统计学意义,培训后武汉医院的老师显示出部分教学能力提高有统计学差异。结论师资培训讲座是提高规范化培训师资教学能力的有效手段之一,但是培训方式、培训时间、培训内容以及评价反馈都值得进一步探讨。
Objective Evaluate the training lecture on the teaching capability improvement of clinical teachers in the standard training of residents,in order to propose suggestions for future teacher training programs.Methods Clinical teachers from two national training bases for residents(one is West China hospital of Sichuan University,another is a Wuhan hospital of Hubei)were trained and self evaluation questionnaires of teaching capability were finished before and after teacher training.Results Clinical teachers from the two hospitals showed significant difference on clinic teaching capability before teacher training,teachers from the Wuhan hospital showed significant improvement on some items of teaching capability.Conclusion Teacher training lecture is one of efficient methods on improving the teaching capability of clinical teachers.However,training methods,training time,training content and evaluation feedback are worth to further discussed.
