摘要
目的探究运用结合3D打印技术的新型教学模式在骨盆骨折教学与传统模式教学的效果对比。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月在本院骨科病区内学习的150名研究生和规培学员为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用传统的教学模式,研究组采用结合3D打印技术的新型教学模式。结果研究组的教学吸引力、手术方案制定能力和总体满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组学生对于使用该种教学方式进行进一步骨折教学的接受程度要明显优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论在骨盆骨折的临床教学过程中,新型教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生对于骨盆骨折的理解与手术相关设计的能力,也易于被学生所接受,提升了教学质量。该模式可在其他骨科相关疾病临床教学中进行应用。
Objective To explore the comparison of the effect of the new teaching mode combined with 3D printing technology in the teaching of pelvic fractures and the traditional teaching mode.Methods 150 graduate students and regular trainees who studied in the department of orthopedics of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the research group adopted the new teaching mode combined with 3D printing technology.Results The teaching attractiveness,surgical planning ability and overall satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the students in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of pelvic fracture,the new teaching mode can stimulate students'interest in learning, improve students' ability to understand pelvic fracture and designrelated to surgery, and is easy to be accepted by students, thus improvingthe teaching quality. This model can be applied in clinical teaching of otherorthopedic related diseases.
