浅谈肿瘤内科专科医生的规范化培养

A Brief Thinking of the Standardized Training of Oncologists

肿瘤学是一门涉及多个学科而又具有较强整体性的临床医学,研究范围涉及手术、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗及免疫治疗等多学科交叉领域。由于恶性肿瘤疾病的特殊性,绝大部分肿瘤患者及家属都伴有不同程度的焦虑、抑郁等心理问题。目前,我国肿瘤患者数量每年递增,肿瘤医生的专科素养却良莠不齐。因此,亟需对肿瘤专科医生进行规范化培养。通过系统的规范化的培训,将有利于促进肿瘤专科医生熟练掌握肿瘤学及交叉学科的基础理论、增强多学科沟通协作能力、提高专业英语水平、接受国际前沿知识及培养良好的临床诊疗思维能力。

At present,the number of cancer patients in China is increasing every year,and the professional quality of oncologists varies.Therefore,it is urgent to standardize the training of oncologists.Through the systematic and standardized training,it will be helpful for oncologists to master the basic theory of oncology and interdisciplinary,enhance the ability of communication and cooperation in multi-disciplinary,improve the level of professional English,accept international cutting-edge knowledge and cultivate good thinking ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
