摘要
目的研究模拟患者小夹板实体操作在骨科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年10月-2019年6月期间骨科住院医师规范化培训学员70名,随机分为两组,即对照组和试验组,每组各35名。对照组采用常规方式完成规范化培训,以讲课的形式介绍肱骨近端骨折相关的理论知识及小夹板固定的要点,试验组采用常规授课结合模拟患者小夹板实体操作完成培训,比较两组学员的理论和实践技能考核成绩及学员评价教学效果的调查问卷。结果试验组学员的实践技能考核评分优于对照组,实验组的所有教学效果评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),但两组理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义。结论模拟患者小夹板实体操在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果较好,能有效提升学员的实践技能操作水平,临床价值较高。
Objective To study the application effect of simulated patient splint solid operation in orthopaedic resident standardized training.Methods A total of 70 residents from October 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study who were attending the standardized training in The Second Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University,and were randomly divided into two groups.Each group has 35 residents.The control group was received routine training and was introduced the theoretical knowledge of proximal humeral fracture and the key points of small splint fixation in the form of lectures by clinicians with rich experience and qualifications for standardized training and teaching.While the experimental group was received routine training with theoretical knowledge of proximal humeral fracture and the key points of small splint fixation,and simulated patient splint operation by linicians with rich experience and qualifications for standardized training and teaching.The results of Questionnaire on Students'Evaluation of Teaching Effect and Achievements in Theory and Practice Skills Assessment between the control and experimental groups were compared.Results The scores of practical skills assessment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and all of teaching effects in the control group were significantly worse than those in the experimental group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical assessment results.Conclusions The application of simulated patient splint exercises in orthopaedic resident standardized training has a good effect,which can effectively improve the level of students'practical skills and operation.The new teaching method has a high clinical value.
