生化检验指标在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Biochemical Test Indexes in the Diagnosis of Early Kidney Injury in Diabetes

目的讨论生化检验指标在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的临床应用效果。方法将本院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的糖尿病者46例当作研究组,将同期来院进行常规体检者46例当作对照组,两组均接受生化指标检验,比对诊断结果。结果研究组UTP、ACR、hsCRP、CysC、HbAlc生化指标水平高于对照组,P <0.05。结论生化指标检验方法在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中效果确切,值得深入研究。

Objective To discuss the clinical application of biochemical test indicators in the diagnosis of early kidney injury in diabetes.Methods 46 cases of diabetics admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were regarded as the research group,and 46 cases of regular physical examination who came to the hospital during the same period were regarded as the control group.Both groups received biochemical index tests and compared the diagnosis result.Results The levels of UTP,ACR,hs CRP,CysC and HbAlc in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The biochemical index test method has a definite effect in the diagnosis of early kidney injury in diabetes,and it is worthy of in-depth study.
