关节镜下经皮微创张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折

摘要 目的浅析髌骨骨折患者在关节镜下微创克氏针张力带内固定治疗下的临床效果。方法纳入本院2016年6月-2018年12月收治的髌骨骨折患者84例,分组采取双盲法原则进行,分为参考组与实验组,各42例,参考组进行传统切开内固定方案,实验组施以关节镜下微创克氏针张力带内固定方案,就临床效果展开组间比对。结果两组患者手术用时组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者膝关节功能优良率相较于参考值更高,且骨折愈合时间以及住院时间相较于参考组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髌骨骨折的患者采取关节镜下微创克氏针张力带内固定治疗方案,可有效的缩短骨折愈合时间、住院时间,提升膝关节功能。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation under arthroscope for patellar fracture.Methods Eighty-four patients with patellar fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the principle of double-blind method.They were divided into reference group and experimental group,42 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional incision and internal fixation scheme.The experimental group was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation scheme,and the clinical effect was compared between groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the healing time and hospitalization time of fracture were shorter than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation for patellar fracture can effectively shorten fracture healing time,hospitalization time and improve knee function.
