氧驱动和空气压缩泵雾化对小儿哮喘的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入对小儿哮喘的有效性。方法纳入本院2016年12月-2018年7月80例小儿哮喘患者,随机分组,空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗组给予空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,氧驱动雾化吸入组给予氧驱动雾化吸入。比较两组疗效;咳嗽消失的时间、憋喘消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、哮喘发作停止时间;治疗前后第一秒用力呼气容积以及血氧饱和度;患者不良反应发生率。结果氧驱动雾化吸入组疗效、第一秒用力呼气容积以及血氧饱和度、咳嗽消失的时间、憋喘消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、哮喘发作停止时间相较于空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗组更好,P <0.05。氧驱动雾化吸入组患者不良反应发生率和空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗组差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。结论小儿哮喘者实施氧驱动雾化吸入效果确切,安全性高,可有效改善患者的症状,并改善肺功能和改善血气分析指标,并缓解呼吸困难。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation and air compressor pump atomization inhalation in children with asthma.Methods 80 children with asthma in our hospital from December 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given aerosol inhalation by air compressor pump and the oxygen driven aerosol inhalation group was given oxygen driven aerosol inhalation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,including cough disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,pulmonary wheezing disappearance time,asthma attack stopping time,forced expiratory volume and oxygen saturation in the first second before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The efficacy,first second forced expiratory volume,oxygen saturation,cough disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,lung wheezing disappearance time,asthma attack stopping time of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation group were better than those of air compressed pump atomization inhalation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the oxygen-driven atomization inhalation group and the air-compressed pump atomization inhalation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomization inhalation is effective and safe in children with asthma.It can effectively improve the symptoms,lung function,blood gas analysis index and relieve dyspnea.
