氢氧化钙糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的效果分析

Effect of Calcium Hydroxide Paste on Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

目的探讨氢氧化钙糊剂对慢性根尖周炎的治疗效果和不良反应。方法选取本院收治的慢性根尖周炎患者100例为研究对象,50例进行盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗的患者为盐酸组,50例进行氢氧化钙糊剂治疗的患者为氢氧组。观察两组患者治疗效果和不良反应,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对患者治疗前后的疼痛程度进行评价。结果研究结果显示,氢氧组患者的治疗效果明显好于盐酸组;治疗后,氢氧组患者的疼痛程度明显低于盐酸组;氢氧组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于盐酸组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论氢氧化钙糊剂对慢性根尖周炎的治疗效果好,可以有效的减轻患者的疼痛,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of calcium hydroxide paste on chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis in our hospital were selected as the research object,50 patients treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment were in the hydrochloric acid group,and 50 patients treated with calcium hydroxide paste were in the oxyhydrogen group.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,and the degree of pain before and after treatment was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS).Results The results showed that the treatment effect of the oxyhydrogen group was better than that of the hydrochloric acid group;after treatment,the degree of pain in the oxyhydrogen group was significantly lower than that in the hydrochloric acid group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the oxyhydrogen group was significantly lower than that in the hydrochloric acid group(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste has good therapeutic effect on chronic periapical periodontitis,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
