激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗内分泌失调不孕症观察

Observation of Hormone Combined With Clomiphene in the Treatment of Endocrine Disorders and Infertility

目的探讨内分泌失调性不孕症实施人绝经促性腺激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗的效果。方法将内分泌失调性不孕症80例患者(2016年1月-2018年6月间)纳入研究,用计算机实施随机分组,分为常规组(n=40,雌孕激素)、联合组(n=40,人绝经促性腺激素+枸橼酸氯米芬+绒毛膜促性腺激素),分析疗效、性激素水平及排卵、妊娠状况。结果联合组总有效率、治疗1个周期后卵泡刺激素及黄体生成素、治疗后排卵率及妊娠率均显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论内分泌失调性不孕症实施人绝经促性腺激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗可促进排卵及妊娠恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of human menopausal gonadotropin combined with clomiphene citrate and chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorders.Methods Eighty patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility(January 2016 to June 2018)were enrolled in the study and randomized by computer.They were divided into routine group(n=40,estrogen and progesterone)and combination group.n=40,human menopausal gonadotropin+clomiphene+chorionic gonadotropin,analysis of efficacy,sex hormone levels and ovulation,pregnancy status.Results The total effective rate of the combined group,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone after treatment,ovulation rate after pregnancy and pregnancy rate were significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endocrine disorders infertility implementation of human menopausal gonadotropin combined with clomiphene,chorionic gonadotropin treatment can promote ovulation and pregnancy recovery.
