米非司酮联合“产后逐瘀”对人工流产后胎物残留的研究

Clinical Study of Mifepristone Combined With Postpartum Zhuyu Capsule in the Treatment of Fetal Residue After Artificial Abortion

目的观察米非司酮联合"产后逐瘀胶囊"治疗人工流产后胎物残留的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析84例人工流产后胎物残留患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均予米非司酮口服治疗,观察组同时服用中成药"产后逐瘀胶囊"。比较用药后愈合情况,阴道出血时间,月经恢复时间及月经量。结果 (1)观察组治愈率为88.90%,高于对照组78.60%,P <0.05。(2)观察组术后阴道出血时间低于对照组[观察组(6.11±3.02)天,对照组(7.61±3.60)天],P <0.05。(3)术后复经时间观察组低于对照组[观察组为(33.77±7.45)天,对照组为(38.87±9.74)天],P <0.05。(4)观察组复经后月经量正常率为82.20%高于对照组61.50%,P <0.05。结论米非司酮联合产后逐瘀胶囊治疗人工流产术后胎物残留的患者,具有良好的疗果,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with"postpartum zhuyu capsule"in the treatment of fetal residue after artificial abortion.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 84 patients with fetal residue after induced abortion,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups received oral treatment with mifepristone,while the observation group also took the Chinese medicine"postpartum zhuyu capsule".The healing status,Vaginal bleeding time,menstrual recovery time and menstrual volume were compared.Results(1)The cure rate in the observation group was 88.90%,higher than that of the control group(78.60%),P<0.05.(2)The duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group[(6.11±3.02)days of the observation group and(7.61±3.60)days of the control group],P<0.05.(3)Postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group[(33.77±7.45)days of the observation group and(38.87±9.74)days of the control group],P<0.05.(4)After menstruation recovered,the normal rate of menstrual volume of the observation group was 82.20%higher than that in the control group(61.50%),P<0.05.Conclusion It is of good therapeutic effect for patients of fetal residue after induced abortion to be treated with mifepristone combined with postpartum zhuyu capsule.
