肺叶切除术治疗对肺结核患者术后并发症发生的影响及疗效分析

Effect of Lobectomy on Postoperative Complications in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Its Curative Effect

目的:探讨肺叶切除术治疗对肺结核患者术后并发症发生的影响及疗效分析.方法:选取2008年1月-2019年6月收治的肺结核患者96例,随机分为两组,每组各48例.对照组行常规开胸肺叶切除术,研究组行微创小切口开胸肺叶切除术.比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、手术相关事项、住院时间、疼痛程度及生活质量等情况.结果:研究组并发症发生例数少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组胸腔引流管留置时间、术中平均出血量、手术平均时间及住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1、3、7 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出院时生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:肺结核患者手术选择微创小切口开胸肺叶切除术,术后并发症较少,手术时间及住院时间均有明显缩短,患者术后疼痛程度较轻,有利于患者早日下床活动,加速预后康复,提高生活质量.

Objective:To investigate the effect of lobectomy on postoperative complications of pulmonary tuberculosis patients and to analyze its therapeutic effect.Method:The total of 96 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted from January 2008 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine thoracotomy and lobectomy,the study group received minimally invasive small incision thoracotomy and lobectomy.The incidence of postoperative complications,surgical related matters,length of stay,degree of pain and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:The number of complications in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the retention time of thoracic drainage tube,the average amount of intraoperative bleeding,the average operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pain scores in the study group on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis choose minimally invasive small incision thoracotomy and lobectomy,with less postoperative complications,shorter operation time and hospitalization time,less pain after operation,which is conducive to patients getting out of bed early,speeding up prognosis recovery and improving quality of life.
