早期功能锻炼对部分脾动脉栓塞患者术后并发症的影响

Influence of Early Functional Exercise for Postoperative Complications of Patients with Partial Splenic Artery Embolization

目的:探究早期功能锻炼对部分脾动脉栓塞患者术后并发症发生情况的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月本院收治的部分脾动脉栓塞患者100例为研究对象。将其依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组采用常规康复治疗联合早期功能锻炼。比较两组术后并发症发生率、术后不同时间的机体舒适度及手术前后的生存质量评分。结果:两组患者均未出现坠积性肺炎。观察组穿刺处出血血肿、腹痛、下肢静脉血栓、麻痹性肠梗阻及腹腔感染发生率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3 d,观察组的机体舒适度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,观察组生存质量的各个方面评分均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期功能锻炼对部分脾动脉栓塞患者术后并发症发生具有积极的控制作用,有助于降低相关不适感及改善生存质量,在本类手术患者中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the influence of early functional exercise for postoperative complications situation of patients with partial splenic artery embolization.Method:A total of 100 patients with partial spleen artery embolization admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group received routine rehabilitation therapy combined with early functional exercise.The incidence of postoperative complications,the comfort of the body at different time after the surgery and the quality of life score before and after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no pendant pneumonia in either group.The incidence of hematoma,abdominal pain,lower extremity venous thrombosis,paralytic intestinal obstruction and abdominal infection in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).On day 1,2 and 3 after surgery,the comfort level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery,scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in all aspects,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early functional exercise has a positive control effect on postoperative complications of patients with partial splenic artery embolization,helps to reduce the related discomfort and improve the quality of life,which has high application value in patients with this type of surgery.
