综合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者化疗依从性、生活质量、心理状况的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Chemotherapy Compliance,Quality of Life and Psychological Status of Patients with Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨综合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者化疗依从性、生活质量、心理状况的影响.方法:选取2018年6月-2019年12月本院收治的恶性肿瘤患者100例,按照入院先后顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理干预.比较两组化疗依从性、干预前及干预1个月后生活质量情况及心理状态.结果:干预1个月后,观察组化疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05).干预1个月后,两组各项生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05).干预1个月后,两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:综合护理干预可提高恶性肿瘤患者的化疗依从性,改善生活质量情况,缓解不良情绪,效果较好,值得推广应用.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on chemotherapy compliance,quality of life and psychological status of patients with malignant tumor.Method:A total of100 patients with malignant tumor admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group in the order of admission,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Chemotherapy compliance,quality of life and psychological state before and after1 month of intervention were compared between two groups.Result:After 1 month of intervention,the chemotherapy compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,all scores of quality of life in two groups were higher than those of before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in two groups were lower than those of before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the chemotherapy compliance of patients with malignant tumor,improve patients’quality of life,alleviate patients’bad mood,the effect is good,it is worthy of promotion and application.
