摘要
目前新能源产业的企业创新投入日益增长,创新产出却呈现低效化现象。本文利用我国299个新能源企业2016~2018年相关数据,采用多元分组逐步回归分析方法,研究影响创新产出的各因素作用效果。结果表明,市场化进程、产业政策与企业规模促进了新能源企业的创新产出,而资本密集度则为负相关指标。进而考察区域性差异,按照八大经济区对样本分组回归,发现产业政策在沿海地区与黄河中游具有显著影响,中西部地区与东北地区对产业政策的扶持力度存在滞后效应,中西部地区对市场化进程敏感程度较低,企业规模与资本密集度作为内部因素在部分地区具有影响。为此,认为针对不同地区新能源企业创新产出的推动方式应具有针对性,提高相关影响因素推动作用的产出效率。
At present,the innovation input of new energy industry is increasing day by day,but the innovation output is inefficient.Based on the data of 299 new energy enterprises in China from 2016 to 2018,this paper studies the effect of various factors on innovation output by using the method of multiple grouping stepwise regression analysis.The results show that the process of marketization,industrial policy and enterprise scale promote the innovation output of new energy enterprises,while the capital intensity is a negative correlation index.Furthermore,the regional differences are examined.According to the regression of eight economic regions to the sample groups,it is found that the industrial policy has a significant impact on the coastal areas and the middle reaches of the Yellow River.There is a lag effect in the support of the industrial policy in the central and western regions and the northeast regions.The central and western regions are less sensitive to the marketization process.The enterprise scale and capital intensity as internal factors in some regions have Influence.Therefore,it is suggested that the promotion mode of innovation output of new energy enterprises in different regions should be targeted to improve the output efficiency driven by relevant factors.
