摘要
针对海上平台热采稠油污水预处理工艺流程长、产水水质不稳定等难题,采用气浮-动态膜耦合强化处理技术,设计并建造气浮-动态膜耦合装置对稠油污水进行处理。试验结果表明,在操作压力为0.15 MPa,膜面流速为3 m/s,进水油的质量浓度低于695 mg/L,悬浮物的质量浓度低于90 mg/L的运行条件下,该耦合装置出水油的质量浓度小于20 mg/L,出水悬浮物的质量浓度小于15 mg/L,且装置表现出良好的运行稳定性。
In view of the problems of long pretreatment process for the wastewater from offshore heavy oil thermal recovery production and the instability of the produced water quality,air flotation-dynamic membrane coupling enhancement technology was adopted with relevant device designed and built for the said kind of heavy oil sewage treatment.The results of the test showed that,under the condition that the operating pressure was 0.15 MPa,the flow of membrane surface was 3 m/s,the mass concentrations of oil and suspended solid in influent water were lower than 695 and 90 mg/L respectively,the mass concentrations of oil and suspended solid from the said device were lower than 20 and 15 mg/L respectively,which presented good operating stability.
