一株嗜盐反硝化弧菌的耐盐能力和降解能力研究 被引量:1

摘要 对一株从青海格尔木察尔汗盐湖的环境样品中筛选并鉴定的反硝化弧菌菌株YL5-2进行生长特性、耐盐能力、降解能力和反硝化性能研究。研究结果表明,嗜盐菌株YL5-2耐NaCl盐度范围为3%~32%,最适生长盐度为8%~28%,最适生长pH值范围为7.5~8.0,最适生长温度范围为30~35℃。在最适生长条件下,该菌株的最佳碳源为乙酸,降解乙酸的最适盐度为15%,乙酸去除率可达96%以上;该菌株可在NaCl盐度为3%~30%范围内进行硝酸盐反硝化脱氮,最适反硝化脱氮盐度范围为10%~20%,反硝化脱氮率可达95%以上。该菌株对高盐废水特别是盐度高于10%的废水的反硝化脱氮作用效果显著。 A denitrifying vibrio strain YL5-2,screened and identified from environmental samples of Qarhan Salt Lake in Golmud,Qinghai province,was studied for its growth characteristics,salt tolerance,degradation ability and denitrification performance.The results showed that,the range of NaCl salinity of halophilic strain YL5-2 was 3%-32%,and the optimum condition for the strains′growth was as follows:the salinity range was 8%-28%;the pH value was 7.5-8.0,the temperature was 30-35℃.Under the above condition,the best carbon source of the strain was acetic acid,the optimum salinity for acetic acid degradation was 15%,and the removal rate of acetic acid was over 96%;Nitrate nitrogen removal by denitrification with the strain could be carried out when the salinity of NaCl was in a range of 3%-30%,the optimal denitrification salinity range was10%-20%,and the denitrification rate could reach more than 95%.The strain has significant denitrification effect on high salinity wastewater,especially wastewater with salinity higher than 10%.
