摘要
青海某金矿浮选尾矿含金0.62 g/t,具有较大的回收利用价值。物相分析结果表明,金主要以游离自然金和碳酸盐包裹金形式存在。氰化钾是一种氰化浸金剂,绿金是一种环保浸金剂,硫脲是一种非氰化浸金剂。本文使用这三种浸金试剂进行尾矿浸金试验。研究结果显示,使用硫脲的浸出效果最好,金浸出率可达74.88%,浸渣金品位为0.16 g/t;使用氰化钾与绿金的金浸出率均可达64%左右,浸渣金品位为0.22 g/t左右,综合回收效果较好,可为实现该金矿浮选尾矿的综合回收利用提供技术参考。
The flotation tailings of a gold mine in Qinghai have a gold content of 0.62 g/t,which has great recycling value.The phase analysis results show that gold mainly exists as free natural gold and carbonate-coated gold.Potassium cyanide is a gold cyanide leaching agent,green gold is an environmentally friendly gold leaching agent,and thiourea is a non-cyanide gold leaching agent.This paper uses these three gold leaching reagents to conduct tailing gold leaching test.The research results show that the leaching effect using thiourea is the best,the gold leaching rate can reach 74.88%,and the gold grade of leaching residue is 0.16 g/t;the leaching rate of gold using potassium cyanide and green gold can reach about 64%,and the gold grade of leaching residue is about 0.22 g/t,the comprehensive recovery effect is good,which can provide technical reference for the comprehensive recovery and utilization of the gold mine flotation tailings.
