磁化絮凝技术去除钒浸出液中固体悬浮物试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 本研究针对某石煤钒矿酸法浸出提钒工艺中固液分离后浸出液进行磁化絮凝沉降试验,其间分别开展了改性磁种与絮凝剂组合使用的探索试验、改性磁种与絮凝剂组合用量的优化试验。试验结果表明,磁化絮凝技术能够显著降低钒浸出液样品中的固体悬浮物,浸出液样品中固体悬浮物的含量在B型磁种处理工艺下最低降为0.367%,在R型磁种处理工艺下最低降为0.234%。磁化絮凝技术使得浸出液中的固体悬浮物快速沉降,可将浸出液中大部分的固体悬浮物分离出来,有利于后续废水处理,实现良好的经济效益和环境效益。 In this study,magnetized flocculation sedimentation test was carried out on the leaching liquid after solid-liquid separation in the vanadium extraction process by acid leaching of stone coal vanadium ore,in the meantime,the exploratory test for the combined use of modified magnetic seed and flocculant and the optimization test of the combined dosage of modified magnetic seed and flocculant were carried out.The test results showed that the magnetic flocculation technology could significantly reduce the solid suspended solids in the vanadium leaching solution samples,the content of solid suspended solids in the leaching solution sample was reduced to a minimum of 0.367%under the B-type magnetic seed treatment process and 0.234%under the R-type magnetic seed treatment process.The magnetic flocculation technology made the solid suspended matter in the leaching solution settle quickly,which could separate most of the solid suspended matter in the leaching solution,that was beneficial to the subsequent wastewater treatment and achieved good economic and environmental benefits.
