摘要
印染废水水质比较复杂,出水存在总氮较高的情况。影响总氮去除效果的因素包括硝化液回流比、C/N比、溶解氧、pH、温度、碳源有机物等。本研究针对硝化液回流比对总氮去除率的影响,通过模拟多组不同硝化液回流比的生化试验,检测跟进各生化系统的总氮数值变化,发现在温度、pH、C/N、碳源有机物等其他因素不限制的情况下,随着硝化液回流比增大,总氮去除率增大,当硝化液回流比增大至100%时,总氮由56.27 mg/L降至14.22 mg/L,去除率可达到74.73%。
The quality of printing and dyeing wastewater is complex,and the total nitrogen in the effluent is high.The factors influencing the removal efficiency of TN include the reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid,C/N ratio,dissolved oxygen,pH,temperature,carbon source organic matter and so on.In this study,aiming at the influence of the reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid on the removal rate of total nitrogen,through simulating the biochemical experiments of multiple groups of different reflux ratios of nitrifying liquid,the change of total nitrogen value of each biochemical system was detected and followed up,it was found that with the increase of reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid,the removal rate of total nitrogen increased,when the reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid increased to 100%,the total nitrogen decreased from 56.27 mg/L to 14.22 mg/L,and the removal rate reached 74.73%.
