海绵城市改造对小区排涝效果的影响研究

摘要 本研究建立三亚市某建筑小区雨洪模型,并对模型参数进行率定,利用该模型对研究区域海绵城市改造进行模拟分析;在对现状管网及下垫面排水能力分析的基础上,通过添加40%、60%及80%面积占比的低影响开发措施,模拟分析其缓解内涝的效果,同时采取管网改造措施,进一步提升区域排水能力。结果表明,低影响开发措施可在源头有效减少径流量,面积占比越大,排水口峰值流量削减率、峰值滞后效果及径流控制率越高,采取管网改造提升措施,可进一步降低溢流节点率,有效减少洪水量。实际应用中,应综合考虑防洪排涝效果及经济性,将低影响开发措施等绿色措施与管网改造等灰色措施相结合,全方面提升区域排涝效果,为建筑小区海绵城市改造提供参考。 In this study,a storm water model of a building community in Sanya was established,and the parameters of this model were calibrated,which was used to simulate and analyze the sponge city reconstruction in the research area;based on the analysis of the drainage capacity of the current pipe network and the underlying surface,by adding low impact development(LID)measures of 40%,60%and 80%area ratio,the effect of mitigating waterlogging was simulated and analyzed,at the same time,measures for pipe network transformation were taken to further enhance the regional drainage capacity.The results show that LID measures can effectively reduce runoff at the source,the larger the area ratio,the higher the peak flow reduction rate,peak hysteresis effect and runoff control rate of the drain,at the same time,taking measures to improve the pipeline network can further reduce the overflow node rate and effectively reduce the amount of flooding.In practical application,the effect of the flood control and economical efficiency should be taken into consideration comprehensively,and sustainable measures such as LID measures and engineering measures such as pipe network reconstruction should be combined to comprehensively improve the effect of regional drainage,so as to provide references for the sponge city reconstruction in building communities.
