摘要
生物滴滤是常见的臭气处理工艺,在填料表面形成一定厚度的活性生物膜,是生物滴滤塔启动运行的关键条件。本文从生物膜的形成机理出发,分析了不同填料的特性,提出填料对生物挂膜的影响主要表现为持水特性和孔隙率;对比不同挂膜方法,探讨了快速排泥-直流通气挂膜、循环液循环挂膜和间歇性曝气挂膜对挂膜的影响。
Biotrickling filter is a common odor treatment process,the formation of an active biofilm with a certain thickness on the surface of the packing is the key condition for the start-up operation of the biological trickling filter tower.Based on the formation mechanism of biofilm,this paper analyzed the characteristics of different fillers,and proposed that the influence of fillers on biofilms was mainly manifested as water holding characteristics and porosity;compared with different methods of film hanging,the effects of fast sludge-DC ventilation film hanging,circulating liquid circulation film hanging and intermittent aeration film hanging on film hanging were discussed.
