近郊及城区垃圾分类现状对比--以福州市、厦门市与永泰县为例

Comparison of Current Status of Garbage Classification in Suburbs and Urban Areas——Take Fuzhou City,Xiamen City and Yongtai County as Examples

实行垃圾分类是社会文明发展水平的重要体现,可以改善广大人民群众的生活环境,节约资源。我国部分一、二线城市率先推行垃圾分类制度,为接下来其他地区构建全民参与、城乡统筹的垃圾分类制度积累经验。本文对福州市、厦门市和永泰县开展调查,对比分析城乡垃圾分类现状,从居民意愿和态度、垃圾分类措施和设施等方面提出建议。

The implementation of garbage classification is an important manifestation of the level of social civilization development,which can improve the living environment of the broad masses of the people and save resources.Some of the first-and second-tier cities in China took the lead in implementing the garbage classification system,and accumulated experience for other regions to build a garbage classification system with full participation and urban-rural coordination.This paper investigates Fuzhou City,Xiamen City and Yongtai County,comparatively analyzes the current status of urban and rural garbage classification,and makes suggestions on residents'wishes and attitudes,garbage classification measures and facilities.
