建设项目环境保护竣工验收具有时效性、系统性和法定性。为了客观、科学和准确地测定建设项目竣工验收时的实际污染物排放情况,本文结合工作实践,分析了建设项目调查、监测方案确定、采样点布设、污染物排放总量核算基本方法,以利于竣工验收工作有序、高效开展。

The environmental protection completion inspection of construction projects is time-sensitive,systematic and legal.In order to objectively,scientifically and accurately determine the actual pollutant discharge at the completion of the construction project,this paper combines the work practice to analyze the basic methods of construction project investigation,monitoring plan determination,sampling point layout,and total pollutant discharge accounting,which has promoted the orderly and efficient development of the completion acceptance work.
